Crazy Upside Down House in Germany

>This out of the ordinary house was designed for a special exhibition in Trassenheide Germany and is open to the public for visiting. The creators Klaudiusz Golos and Sebastion Mikuciuk say they “didn’t built the house for a reason, they just wanted to do something different.” Similar houses were built before but this time not only the exterior is upside down, but every single room in the house and also the furniture. ”The world stands on its head” is the official name of the project. You will notice in the pictures how every arrangement seems very accurate and how all the main items in a normal house appear upside down in this design too. {via}

This beautiful apartment combines modern décor with turn of the century 1896 designing. It is like a mixing of two centuries and the effect is surely unique, to say the least. Beautifully lit, with lots of windows and artificial lights, it boasts lovely ethnic features like a fireplace, a stucco, a foot rail, mirror doors and pine flooring that adds to its elegance. The house is located in Singapore and has plenty unusual ideas implemented in its design. The best one among these things is an internal garden. Thanks to column-free vistas the garden connects all public spaces like the entrance, dining areas, swimming pool and formal living area. The private spaces in contrary are hidden from visitor’s eyes. All the courtyards have different material finishes. That helps to maintain temperature difference between courtyards, the living, dining and pool. That difference helps to catch breezes that move around the house. {via}
